Youth Ministries Director

Hi!  My name is Matt Hall, and I am very excited to begin work at St. Stephen’s as the new Youth Ministries Director.  I am 24-year-old Arizona native and a lifelong Episcopalian.  I just graduated this past May from Emory University in Atlanta with a Master of Theological Studies, and prior to that I attended the University of Arizona, where I double majored in math and religious studies.  Over the past five years, I have worked consistently with youth and young adults in various capacities.  In the Episcopal Church, I have served in various positions on the parish, diocesan, and national levels, everything from acolyte to camp counselor to secretary of a church-wide standing commission.  I look forward to bringing those experiences to St. Stephen’s and developing wonderful new experiences here.  I can’t wait to begin getting to know you – please come say hello and introduce yourself when you see me around.  In particular, I am excited to have the opportunity to meet and connect with the youth of the parish, and to be able to help them connect with one another and with other youth throughout the diocese.  See you soon!
