Health & Wellness Ministry

Our Health and Wellness Ministry is about caring for each other and affirming our belief that we are a whole creation of a loving God. At St. Stephen’s this includes

• Regular parish newsletter columns with thoughts and wellness tips
• Periodic blood pressure screening after church services
• Phone or personal consultations on how to deal with the health care system

We attempt to live out the concept that "bodymindspirit" is one word of wholeness.
