St. Stephen's is a place where spiritual seekers can gather in a safe community of faith, where parishioners and clergy alike value questioning and learning, reflection, and sharing diverse viewpoints. 

The Adult Christian Education Committee (ACE) is a lay-lead group that seeks to nurture the faith and spiritual growth of the St. Stephen's community through inspirational and challenging education offerings for adults.  Classes are led by clergy, lay volunteers, and guest speakers from local colleges, seminaries, churches, synagogues, and non-profit organizations.

Faith formation classes for children, youth, and adults are offered on Sunday mornings. All adult classes are open to the adult community as a whole.  This openness allows people to choose classes rather than be placed in them.
