Nursery care (ages 0-4):

The nursery is open each Sunday morning beginning at 9:30 am for the Sunday school class time and continuing through the 10:30 am service. The Nursery is staffed with two child care attendants who provide a safe environment for young children.

Godly Play (age 4- grade 2):

Each Sunday from 9:30 - 10:30 AM, our younger elementary school children gather in Classsroom B for a creative and participatory component to their learning time. Often this involves an activity, song, or craft project. At 10:00 am, the children are led into the Godly Play room for their worship component. Godly Play, based on the Montessori model, uses storytelling, wondering, personal work time, and a shared feast to worship, wonder about, and discover God. The children join the parish for worship midway through the 10:30 am service.

 

On the Edge (grades 3-6):

Upper elementary students meet each Sunday from 9:30 - 10:30 AM and use the age-appropriate A Joyful Path curriculum. In addition, the students go out to lunch on Sunday each month for additional time for fellowship. Throughout the year, they are involved in a number of activities, fundraisers, and service projects.
